Terms of Use

These terms set the conditions for using Lorescan (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service provides information about memecoins (AI narrative analysis based on X posts and the web, charts, holder analysis, trade feeds and more), and a screen from which you can place trades that you sign with your own wallet.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment advice or a solicitation. Crypto assets, memecoins in particular, can move sharply and you can lose everything you put in. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. About the AI analysis

The narrative analysis is written by an AI and may contain errors or omissions. Check the cited posts and sources yourself. We do not guarantee that an analysis is correct or that any price movement will follow it.

4. Wallets and keys

You sign in and sign trades with your own wallet. The Service never holds or asks for your private keys or seed phrase. Check what you sign before you sign it. A lost or stolen key or device cannot be recovered.

5. Fees

Trades placed through the Service include a fee of 0.5% of the trade amount (if this changes, we will say so in the Service beforehand). How fees are used is published on the Treasury page. Network fees, route fees and slippage apply separately.

6. Arena, points and rewards

Arena rankings and points are calculated only from trades filled through the Service. If you join, your username, icon and results are visible to other users. How points are calculated and whether rewards exist, and what they are, is decided by the operator and may change. Rewards are not guaranteed.

7. Access by holding a token

We may decide who can use the Service based on how much of a designated token they hold. The conditions (such as the amount) may change.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the law, or impersonating others
• Excessive, unauthorized or disruptive access to the Service or to third-party services
• Using names or images that offend others or look like the operator's
• Gaining points or rank by unfair means
• Scraping the Service's content and redistributing it without permission

9. Suspension

If you do any of the above, we may restrict use, change or remove your username or icon, or suspend your account, without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by errors in external data (prices, chain data, X and so on), outages, maintenance, or faults in wallets or third-party services.

11. Changes

We may change these terms and the Service. We will announce important changes in the Service.
